Summit County update – March

Hello again! What have you been doing this ‘spring’? I’ve been watching the mountains, rivers, and soon lake… fill up with that fun stuff that is going to give us an amazing rafting, sailing, fishing and wildflower season. It’s been a fun ski season, but what makes this place so special is the variety of activities we can experience.

Featured Listing: Big house, big income, big possibilities! 4 bedrooms plus separate 1 br in-law unit in the Willowbrook neighborhood of Silverthorne. Currently rented $5400/month. $798,000  only $237/sf! (Silv median for available single family homes is now $380/sf).

Why Silverthorne? The town is being ‘reimagined’ – with more community events (check out 1st Fridays), a new performing arts center, more trails, and soon we’ll see work start on Fourth Street Crossing, a mix of residential and commercial spaces that will define downtown. Silverthorne already has plenty to offer everyone, with outdoor concerts, plays, dances, the Blue River, Raven at Three Peaks golf, tons of National Forest hiking… and easy access from Denver (skip the Breck traffic!).

Featured Silverthorne building sites: Mesa Cortina ½ acre  and  Willow Creek Highlands on the creek

Are you only able to be here part time? Only $60,000 for 10 weeks/year
