The Masters at Copper Creek

The Legends and The Woods at Copper Creek

East Village Condos: along with the homes listed above, there are a variety of condos including The Greens, Village Point, Snowflake, Foxpine Inn, Wheeler House, Anaconda, Peregrine, Summit House East, Elk Run and trhe newer Copper Springs. New condominium projects by Intrawest: along with revamping the golf course, ski mountain, and day lodges, Intrawest is building new condo complexes throughout the resort (starting in 1998 and continuing still). Passage Point, Mill Club, Taylors Crossing, Tucker Mountain, Copper Springs Lodge and Trails End Townhomes already have resale units available, priced $200-800,000 for studios up to 3 bedrooms. Quarter share units will soon be available, where you and 3 other people can share a condo, allowing each to use 1 week per month (prices start at $79,000 for 1 bedroom condos).
